Available in 28º, 32º and 38º Brix Our real strawberry puree will maintain its freshness for 18 months from the date of manufacture as long as the packaging remains unopened.
This puree should be stored away from sunlight and below 77° F. Once opened, strawberry fruit puree can be refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for the remainder of the shelf life; contact us for more info.
